With the recent release of Alice in Wonderland (the movie starring Johnny Depp) on DVD and Disney Blue Ray, I feel the urge to blog today about my favorite Disney animated picture, Alice in Wonderland. Well, more like anywhere you can find Alice or her friends at the Walt Disney World Resort.
In the Magic Kingdom park you can find a few tidbits here and there, of course there's the Mad Hatter's Tea Party in Fantasyland (one of my favorite attractions), and each year so far during the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party they have a whole Alice in Wonderland-type maze!
I've seen the Queen of Hearts at EPCOT, but that's because you can find Alice in Wonderland merchandise in the United Kingdom pavilion there. It's the whole British and tea party thing.
As far as character meals, there's only one, it's a breakfast at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort in the restaurant 1900 Park Fare (which I've blogged about before). It's a Supercalifragilistic breakfast with Mary Poppins, Winnie the Pooh, and of course, Alice. :)
