About Me

My name is Jennifer Phelps and I am a travel agent living in the Louisville, KY area. I was a cast member at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Fl. from 1998-2007 and worked everywhere from the parks, to Disneyland Paris, to the reservation center. I have taken my knowledge of planning vacations at Walt Disney World and applied it to this blog to (hopefully) gain my clients trust and give back to the first timers and repeat guests to Disney World to make their vacations "magical"!


I have been a travel agent for a little over five years now and I specialize in Walt Disney World vacations. I designed this blog as a tool for first-timers and people who haven't been to Walt Disney World in a long time so they can utelize my expertise in planning their vacation.
My idea for this blog is that people can ask me questions and get a response from me whether it be fact or my professional opinion, and if they need to ask another, they continue to get the same person each time (without waiting on hold)! :)
