Which Parks Would You Like to Visit Today? All Four? No Problem...Hop-Away!

Good Morning! Isn't this a pretty picture of the castle? Arguable the most photographed structure at the Walt Disney World Resort and I have pictures of it from almost every angle! Here's the age-old question, and one that every current and past cast member knows: How many bricks did it take to build Cinderella's Castle at the Magic Kingdom? The answer is at the end of this blog!

Travel Tip for Disney World of the Day: When visiting the Disney Hollywood Studios, there are a lot of attractions that have specific show times. Make sure you either pick up your times guide at the front of the park (this should be done at every park upon entering each visit), or you can stop by the show times bulletin board that is located on the right hand side of Hollywood Boulevard just at the corner of Sunset Boulevard. This will ensure that you can have a plan for the day. Can't decide which shows to absolutely not miss? Here's an idea...have each person in your party pick one that they absolutely want to see and plan your day accordingly! This should help when trying to make everyone happy! :)

Yesterday I was blogging about adding on the Water Park Fun and More option to the Magic Your Way ticket. It's a great addition to your fun when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort and gives you a thing that's held at a high regard for the guests who visit, flexibility. I'm a big fan of planning for the unforseen. You never know what is going to happen, and the unexpected usually does. Even at Disney World.

Another great option that can be added on to the Magic Your Way ticket is the most popular add on, the Park Hopper option. This is a great way to cover all your bases during your vacation and not having to worry about missing anything. The Park Hopper option is a flat fee added onto each ticket (as of right now, 06/29/10, it's an additional $52.00...but the prices are subject to change at any time!) that enables you the guest to "hop" from park to park anytime during their hours of operation! The parks included on the park hopper ticket are The Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, The Disney Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom.

The way I like to give examples usually involves dining, as I love to eat at Walt Disney World restaurants. The Park Hopper option will allow you to start your day with breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table at the Magic Kingdom, hop to the Disney Hollywood Studios for a show and a quick bite of lunch at The ABC Commissary, and after going back to your resort to change and relax a bit, hop back to EPCOT for dinner at Le Chefs de France! Doesn't that sound like a delicious way to spend your day? And with all that "hopping" believe me, you'll work up an appetite! :)

Answer to the trivia question: None. Cinderella's Castle at the Magic Kingdom is made of fiberglass!!
